New ‘Global’ Website Tab Provides Key Resources

The new “Global” tab on the PayrollOrg website is where global payroll professionals can subscribe for free to find news, resources, education, and conferences, including Global Payroll eMagazine. Free News & Resources

The “News & Resources” section of the new "Global" tab contains free content, including the followig:

• In the News–Subscribe to Pay News Now to receive an electronic digest of news in several categories, including global payroll, at the frequency you prefer (instant, daily, weekly, or monthly)
• PayTalk Podcast^®–Listen to high-level payroll professionals sharing their payroll expertise and experiences, including many global payroll topics. For example, Episode 48: Global Payroll Operations: Outsourcing vs. In House, features guest John Lestock, CPP, Global Payroll Accountant for Boeing
• Global Career Center–Find qualified global candidates, seek a new global job, and use the tools in the Global Career Planning Portal
• Vendor Directory – Explore vendors that meet your global payroll needs (vendors can also find Advertising & Sponsorship opportunities)

Free Education & Events

Information under the “Education & Events” section of the "Global" website tab is free to all and includes the following:

• Classes & Webinars–Use the Product Finder to find classes and webinars in the Global Operations category
• Certificate Programs–Search certificate programs related to global payroll, such as the Global Payroll Management Certificate Program
• Conferences–Find conferences for education and networking.
• Global Payroll Week–Celebrate this special week with global payroll peers. GPW  aims to increase the global payroll professional’s skill level through education, training, and networking opportunities

Find Community

The "Global" website tab has additional links under the “Community” section, including the following:

• The Payroll Community–Network with PayrollOrg members, ask a question, or answer a few yourself in the Open Forum. The Payroll Community is exclusive to PayrollOrg members and global subscribers
• Awards–This area shares recognition of global payroll pros who have excelled in the profession; learn more about the Global Vision Award and Global Titan Award
• Global Partners–Find links to global payroll professional organizations.

Some content in the "Global" website tab is only accessible with a global subscription. The subscription is free and easy to set up, and provides immediate access to the following:
