Chapter Exchange Reception and Awards

May 6
5:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m. CT

The Chapter Exchange Reception and Awards is a crowd favorite for local chapter leaders at every Payroll Congress. This event brings together chapter members and officers from across the nation for an evening of networking and fun! Join us in celebrating the recipients of the annual Chapter Contests, including the highly anticipated Chapter of the Year (COTY).

Costume Contest

May 8
7:45 p.m.–8:15 p.m. CT

The Costume Contest is one of the most anticipated events each year. Payroll professionals are original and resourceful, and the costume contest on the Expo stage celebrates the creativity of our attendees. The friendly competition will crown contest winners for the best costumes in six categories as voted on by a panel of judges.
The six categories include the following:
1. Cyber Couture—Creatively incorporate electronic or mechanical elements into your costume for a unique futuristic look.
2. Golden Age—Celebrate the Golden Age of Payroll with a costume that’s predominantly gold from head to toe.
3. Payroll Eras—Remind us of how far payroll has come with a vintage payroll look. Props encouraged!
4. Radiant Icon—It’s payroll’s time to shine! Show off your radiance with a glamorous costume that glows, glitters, or sparkles.
5. Then & Now (Duo Category)—Team up with a partner to create a clever pair of costumes that depict the “before and after” of a transformation.
6. Synergy Squad (Group Category)—Get the gang together and coordinate costumes for any of the categories above.

You’ll make lasting memories at FÊTE!, our infamous Payroll Congress party. It’s the perfect way to let loose and enjoy Payroll Congress with your payroll friends new and old. Join our party host Bryan Chan and DJ Shai as we laugh, dance, meet some exciting characters, and play fun games in the Delta Ballroom.
