Event Health and Safety Policies

(Revised June 20, 2024) PayrollOrg considers the safety of all those onsite at our in-person events as our top priority. As such, we have updated our health and safety policies several times in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since January 3, 2023, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results have not been required for attendees, staff, speakers, or exhibitors to gain admittance to in-person programs.

We encourage all those who attend our programs to follow COVID-19 Prevention Actions. We remind attendees to be respectful of attendees who wear masks at in-person events.

PayrollOrg's Event Policies include an Attendee Liability and Waiver of Claims section which includes a provision directly relating to COVID-19. By attending a PayrollOrg in-person event, you also agree to these policies.

PayrollOrg reserves the right to adjust its Health and Safety Policies (e.g., to includes social distancing, masking, proof of vaccination or negative test) based on CDC guidance or federal, state, or local government requirements.
